The intention of the video I recorded is to hopefully bring some clarity to those who have not been involved, and give a little information about the changes that have been made.
In the video, I use the term “we” often. In most cases, “we” is intended to communicate “ALL of US” as sitting precinct chairs and incoming precinct chairs.
